Train your team
Wildflower Counseling & Consulting provides trauma-responsive trainings for educators, medical professionals, and law enforcement teams. Through a lens of nervous system regulation, attunement, and grounded leadership, Diana offers practical tools that help professionals navigate stress, strengthen resilience, and create safer, more supportive environments for the communities they serve.

My Work
At the core of my work is a belief that healing happens through safety, attunement, and connection. I work with individuals to process trauma, increase nervous system flexibility, and build lives aligned with their values. I also partner with organizations to support leaders and teams in navigating stress, crisis, and complexity with greater presence and resilience. Across all settings, my approach is collaborative, grounded, and deeply human.

Cultivating resilience—within people and the systems they serve.
I’m Diana Keenan, LICSW—founder of Wildflower Counseling & Consulting. I’m a licensed clinical social worker, EMDR practitioner, and educator committed to helping individuals and communities navigate healing, resilience, and meaningful change. My work is grounded in evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Somatic Experiencing, always approached through a lens of compassion, curiosity, and nervous system attunement.
I have spent my career supporting people through trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and the complex challenges that shape our emotional lives. In my clinical work, I help clients reconnect to their strengths, build internal safety, and cultivate the capacity to move forward with clarity and confidence.
In addition to psychotherapy, I provide specialized trainings for educators, medical teams, and law enforcement professionals on topics such as trauma-responsive leadership, nervous system regulation, and building attuned, resilient organizational cultures. I also offer Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and postvention support for groups and agencies navigating acute stress or crisis events.
I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Vermont and am currently a doctoral candidate at Simmons University, where my scholarship focuses on trauma, embodiment, and systems-level approaches to wellbeing.
Wildflowers thrive in unexpected places—and I believe people do, too. My mission is to help individuals and organizations cultivate the conditions where growth, grounding, and genuine resilience can take root.
